BCM5-BL is a base type laboratory chocolate ball mill which can be used for both pastisserie and confectionery also. Although it’s called chocolate ball mill, it can be used for multiple purposes such as preparing spreadable cream or wafer cream or cake toppings. It can be used for bakestable cookie fillings too. Depending on the user’s needs, qualifications of the ball mill can be upgraded or downgraded to get the optimum price and requirment balance.
